Amendment I would
like to thank Kairi Wer to bringing up the need of our organizational
constitution amendment. I’ve been
hearing several comments over years from individuals and even a
few board members that our constitution needs amendment, but no
detail and section of the area where it needs to amend the most
is mentioned or proposed. I personally have seen no one came forward
with as such well drafted proposal as Kheiri Wer. Good Job ! Fellows,I’ve personally endorsed the Idea of elder’s
council amendment and if I may inject my point of this discussion.

of my house or try to live by my ancestor’s historical legacy,
which a lot of us unfortunately these days live by and continue
still to do so. I am most grateful for what your about to do and

thoughts. I believe that we better start thinking of organise
in some ways helping each other back home or in Diaspora. In

Dear Khairiwer It is about time that hararis out side Ethiopia
take responsibility and work for their survival, the way things
are discussed and issues are prioritized , it is sickening and
those who really want to help the advancement and the real progress
of hararies , they should know, how unique Hararies are and how
it is easy for others to destroy the existence of hararies, wake-up
and know that you got a lot to do. let us share the good things
